February is off to a strong start at Bend Barks & Rec, and today’s Rec Report is all about movement, confidence, and community.
Our mobile dog gym hit the road today bringing safe, structured, all-weather exercise directly to dogs around Bend. Each pup enjoyed a customized 30-minute session on our non-motorized, spring-supported slatmills, designed to be gentle on joints while building strength, endurance, and mental focus. From first-time runners finding their confidence to seasoned pros locking into their stride, today was a reminder why we do what we do: a tired dog is a happy, well-behaved dog.
